Today, Fragomen Brussels sits in the Expert Group of Economic Migration of the European Commission and leads Fragomen’s EU Integrated Compliance and Advisory Services.
In this exciting and versatile role you will provide legal and administrative support in the Brussels office.
Primarily, you will be responsible for supporting the senior members of the team with research, onboarding of clients, organizing and participating in client project calls and prepare summaries after, write playbooks based on the aforementioned tasks, preparing immigration packages and provide administrative support to the Immigration Consultants and Associates in the Brussels office.
Other Responsibilities Will Include
· Acquiring knowledge of client protocols and immigration processes
· Ensuring work completed (draft and review documents, filing, archiving, etc) is technically accurate, timely and written communications follow standard layout
· Keeps team aware of the progress of matters to manage expectations and informs of conflicting priorities/requesting assistance as problems arise/informing senior staff of current capacity
· Follows firm procedures with respect to file maintenance, record keeping and use of Fragomen IT systems
· Assists in the review/improvement of methods/procedures of managing day to day team processes

You will ideally have experience in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Payment will be calculated based on the age of the trainee in accordance with the regulations surrounding the Contrat d’immerssion professionnelle.
Public Transportation will be covered between the Trainee's Belgian residence and the office and thus only within Belgium
