ELSA is the world's largest association for law students and young lawyers. With its headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, ELSA has 70,000 individual members at over 350 law faculties in 44 countries.
ELSA is looking for authors tasked with drafting and compiling a Final Report on the topic of labour law.
The authors will be given access to research conducted by roughly 20 different European jurisdictions on labour law questions related to the conditions of interns and young professionals. Based on this research, the authors are asked to harmonise the results by compiling and drawing out the key findings and conclusions. The authors will hence be working directly with ELSA International.
The Final Report will be the product of ELSA International and Caselex, a pan-European legal database service provider, and it will be the basis of further work by ELSA and policy-makers.
