TYPE OF THE STEP TRAINEESHIP PROVIDER

TRAINEESHIP TASKS

The trainee (s) will be able to receive an insight into all fields of practice
of LEXR. We offer the possibility to gain an insight into the Swiss tech
start-up scene and its legal challenges, be it in connection with financing
rounds, commercial transactions or the development of intellectual
property strategies. Depending on their individual qualifications and
preferences, trainee(s) will be responsible for drafting contracts and
other legal documents, leading client meetings, conducting data privacy
impact assessments or other specialized legal work. For candidates with
particular interests and experience in tech or business/marketing, we
also offer hybrid roles, offering insights into both our legal team and
either the tech or business development department of LEXR.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We are looking for a trainee who is open-minded, has a basic
understanding of business, is comfortable with working on multiple
languages at the same time, and is not afraid to bring their ideas to the
table.
Lastly, our trainee should be a fit for LEXR's modern, open, and teamoriented
culture with the ambition to transform the way legal solutions
are delivered.
Please note that the start and end dates indicated are a range and not a
preference. However, we would like to have an intern for a duration of 6
months.
