• Legal research and review of various documents in connection with an international arbitra-tion proceeding, including witness preparation
• Legal research and collection of literature, decisions and background information in
connection with and international trademark dispute before the Federal Supreme Court
• Assistance with a transaction relating to a leading Swiss real estate company, including
attendance of the closing and performance of due diligence
• Preparation of a presentation on legal regulations and compliance for a company
• Drafting of a memorandum on the criminal law provisions in Swiss copyright law
• Providing free legal advice on behalf of the welfare agency in Zurich and visiting the notary in connection with the amendment of the articles of association of a company
