DESCRIPTION OF THE STEP TRAINEESHIP PROVIDER

In the analysis of the legal development the Institute of Eastern European Law is focused - from regional point of view - on the states of Central and Eastern Europe and - with regard to contents - on constitutional law, state law and international public law and other areas of public law. In the focus is the analysis of the new constitutions, in particular with a view to their rules on the protection of human and civil rights including the rights of national minorities as well as to the development of the law. A further focus of the Institutes's work is on the reasearch of the direct and indirect influence of European law on the development of the law in Eastern European states.
