Law Firm in Macerata. It is formed by four founding partners and other twelve collaborators. The firm was founded in 1947 by the lawyer Bruno Borgiani who exercised his legal activity with prestige and authority in the Macerata forum. In the 1980s, the lawyer Bruno Borgiani was joined by his son Guglielmo who, having become the owner of the firm, continued his father's activity by expanding the structure. In the early 1990s, the lawyer Paolo Parisella joined the firm an helped to increase the skills and activities inside the firm.
In 1995 the lawyers Guglielmo Borgiani and Paolo Parisella established a professional association, later extended to the lawyers Elisabetta Bovari and Renato Fortuni.
Currently, the firm is working on the national and international market, with the support of global assistance. The firm provides advice and assistance to important companies and institutions operating in Italy and abroad; it is specialized in civil, commercial, labour and insurance law; it offers an advanced credit recovery service nationally and internationally. Finally, it is really interested in new technology.
The tasks include inter alia:
- Joining the work meetings with the lawyers;
- Fulfilling specific tasks given by the lawyers;
- Taking part in the hearings at local courts.
