The trainee will have to make an overview of application of the EU Flight Compensation Regulation 261/2004 in his/her country of origin or, if not applicable, provide insights on the existence and application of any local legal acts regarding the compensation for flight delays as well as any relevant case law. Also, we would ask the trainee to perform analysis of the contracts concluded by and between Skycop and passengers and provide his comments in the light of the local law applicable in his country of origin. The trainee might be also engaged in drafting responses to the airlines of his country of origin, when they refuse to pay the compensation to passengers.

We would like to engage five trainees for the duration from one to two months, not more than two trainees per month at the same time. One trainee from each of the following countries: Latvia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Ukraine and Turkey. Trainees may be a last year students of their bachelor degree or above (graduates, postgraduates).
