Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) is an international university located in Vilnius and Kaunas, Lithuania. Modern, creative and entrepreneurial academic community has raised MRU to the leading university in social sciences and interdisciplinary research in Lithuania. Currently MRU enrolls approximately 8.000 students and employs over 700 academic staff. MRU offers doctoral, master and bachelor study programmes in the fields of law, management, public administration, psychology, social work, public security, etc. MRU has a full membership of the various international higher education organizations, including International Association of Universities, European University Association, etc. In 2016, MRU was awarded an International Student Satisfaction Award by StudyPortals.
Mykolas Romeris Law School is the biggest faculty at MRU, offering 3 graduate and more than 10 undergraduate programmes, including joint degree programmes with partner universities in France and Ukraine. Law School implements various national and international projects, conducts research and provides expertise in different fields of law. In 2019 Mykolas Romeris University was the only Lithuanian university that appeared in the subject ranking for law among the 300 best universities of the world, taking the 251-300 position.
