The main activity of the office comprises of enforcement of civil obligations stated in a court order or another writ of execution, such a debt collection, property claims, seizures and evictions.
The activity also includes authentication of findings which may serve as evidence during litigation, delivery of summons, and significance of judicial documents.
The main areas of practise are corporate, arbitration, intellectual property, health and energy.

The tasks of the Trainee include inter alia:
- Conducting comparative law research on enforcement procedures;
- Analysing the legal systems of the European countries;
- Implementing the result of the research in an online tool that will help creditors that seek to enforce a court judgement in a European country to observe the main steps of actions.
With this research, we will try to answer main questions regarding steps, costs, timing, blackout periods, enforcement into shares, enforcement into real estate, the challenge of the enforcement etc. The research shall be conducted under the supervision of the bailiff and the Trainees shall have access to different online libraries and tools.
