Juris Law and Consulting is a young enterprise that especially works in the field of legal tech. Our major fields are data protection, startups, capital
markets, banking, and finance law.
We are an enthusiastic and hardworking team that focuses on creating a
legal value in the technology sector. We provide Data Protection
services with our software and currently working on further projects to
expand our software-based services.
We aim to work with professionals who wish to enlarge their legal scope
with fields as finance and technology. For this cause, we provide pro-bono services to some startups on their market analysis and legal
assistance.

TRAINEESHIP TASKS

We divided Trainee's responsibilities into two parts. The first part
includes Daily Research and Assistance and the second part includes
general legal reports on Applicant's country.
These two parts will be held by different Partners. With this system, we
expect to create an open environment for the trainee in our major fields
General Tasks
* Legal Research on GDPR
* Legal Assistance on Data Privacy Compliance Projects
* Legal Reports on Applicant's Banking and Finance System
** (If needed during traineeship) Legal assistance on M&A Process

We are open to new projects. Our associates are also working on e-sports law, employment law, logistics law, and insurance law. The trainee can participate in every project in his/her additional time if
he/she wishes to contribute.
