The University of Tübingen was founded in 1477 and is one of the traditional universities in Germany. The faculty of law has about 3.000 students from all over the world. The traineeship is offered at the Chair of Private Law, Civil Procedure and Insolvency Law, European and Private International Law.
- Preparation of background material for lectures and seminars.
- Presentation of case law and legal elements of the trainee's homecountry during the meetings of the team members of the chair
- Participation in discussions about current projects, e.g. the use of artificial intelligence in the context of civil proceedings, a comparative analysis of the structure of civil proceedings, an analysis of ECJ case law in the area of international private law.
