Trainee may be assigned to the IP Department, in which he/she will need to review files, prosecute these at the PTO, propose litigation strategies, prepare transactional agreements, and in general, provide assistance to the IP Team.
Trainee may also be assigned to the Corporate Department, in which he/she shall be immersed in contract review, corporate and litigation matters, providing general assistance in and out of the Firm at public institutions.

Proposed stipend is equal Ecuador's basic salary, and should be enough to find modest accommodation, and meals.
